I ordered these running shoes because my others got completely destroyed after a trip to my cousin's house. One of those unfortunate incidents of bringing them along, intending to keep up with my exercise routine, but realistically leaving them in the back of the trunk the whole trip. On top of that, there were some wet swim trunks in there too, so by the end of the week my shoes smelled like something you'd never want to wear again, even outside. These running shoes are a great replacement though. They are super comfortable and I didn't have to deal with any uncomfortable blisters when I first broke them in. I also really like that they have perforations on the top part so that I get some nice air flow while running, even on really hot days.- Perforated upper offers excellent air circulation
